About Us

     In 2002-2004 our founder Louis Krummert - then a college student - worked part-time as a janitor at St. Cyril of Alexandria School.  There, he learned the importantance of maintaining clean, high-quality environments while also being kind and attentive to children, teachers, and staff.  In a school setting, exceptional customer service and excellent cleaning go hand in hand, and this early experience became the foundation for Lou's future career in finance.
     After graduating from Robert Morris University in 2004 with a degree in Finance/Economics, Lou built a successful career in corporate America. But he never forgot where he started.  The lessons he learned as a janitor helped him become a top client-service award winner, working with some of the industry's leading endowments, colleges, institutions, and government pension plans.  His roots-and his passion for making others happy-inspired him to start a cleaning company built on honesty, service, and integrity.
      Over the years, Lou became frustrated with many of the issues in the cleaning industry: poor customer service, confusing contracts that auto-renew, limited cleaning options, and customers who don't receive what they were promised.  These frustrations motivated him to create a company that does things differently.
     In 2025, Lou founded Prevailing Cleaning Solutions, LLC with the goal of bringing everything he learned from 20+ years of client service into the cleaning industry.  We go above and beyond to deliver happiness, clear and simple contracts, flexible cleaning options for all budgets, and a team that treats you like family.
